2022 Light Red
Serious boy! In the past we have done semi-carbonic shiraz and then drained off the free run and this was the light red. This time we have included the pressings of the whole bunches and also added a barrel of semi-carbonic cabernet. We really wanted to up the tannin this year and make it also a food wine, whilst keeping the freshness and energy.All fruit for this wine is from Canowindra.
